Ingredients:
2 small cucumbers
1 medium carrot
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
2-3 cherry tomatoes
1 cup of prepared hummus
1. Cut all of the vegetables julienne style and arrange in a platter with hummus.
2. Enjoy!
